The Data Request & Report Ordering service allows clients to securely obtain new or updated genetic reports from United Bio-Research Inc. (UBRI). This service is intended for individuals who have previously completed genetic testing through UBRI or one of its partner laboratories and wish to access their existing data, request additional analyses, or receive updated reports as new information becomes available.
UBRI operates as a research entity, not a clinical laboratory. All reports and analyses provided by UBRI are for research and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease, and should not be used as the sole basis for medical or clinical decision-making. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical, lifestyle, or treatment decisions based on research results.
UBRI continually refines its internal variant databases and analytical panels as genetic knowledge advances. Through this service, clients can request updated interpretations of their genome data, ensuring that their reports reflect the most current scientific insights. Clients may also request official copies of prior reports, condition-specific summaries, or full re-analyses under the latest UBRI research panels.
 
Available Request Types:
Report Copy – Obtain an official research copy of your previously issued report.
Report Update – Request an updated version of your research report incorporating the latest variant discoveries and updated panel coverage.
Condition-Specific Report – Order a new research report focused on a specific gene, pathway, or condition using your existing genome data.
Comprehensive Genome Re-Analysis – Request a complete re-analysis of your genome using UBRI’s current interpretation framework and research standards.
Data Export – Request a secure digital export of your genomic data (e.g., VCF or BAM file) for personal reference or integration into approved third-party research systems.
 
Turnaround Time:
Typical processing time is 1 week, depending on request type and the current research review cycle.
 
Requirements:
Clients must have existing genomic data on file with UBRI or have previously completed sequencing through UBRI or an affiliated research partner. Identity verification and written authorization may be required prior to release of data or reports.
