Cancellation Policy

Offsite Sample Collection (We Come to You) Offsite sample collection is a scheduled visit where our team travels to your home or business to complete sample collection at your location for processing and secure handling. No Food or Drink Please do not eat or drink anything for up to one hour before sample collection. Before Your Visit 1. When booking, make sure you select your location and enter the full service address (including apartment/suite number) plus any access details such as gate codes or special entry instructions. 2. Please be ready at your scheduled time so the visit can stay on schedule. What to Expect 1. Sample collection typically takes about 30 minutes (timing may vary). 2. Your sample will be packaged for transport after collection. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. For offsite visits, late changes may result in a fee due to travel scheduling.
